In my experience, Am Trust is a highly professional, experienced and dedicated agency who successfully completed my NCLEX-RN processing. Even though my case was bit complicated one, Am Trust kept on doing the follow ups and the updates were informed me regularly. Their dedication is outstanding. Whenever I have contacted them by email, WhatsApp or even by telephone, they responded very quick even out of their office hours (as I am from the UK, there is a time difference to India). I was a bit hesitant at first, being an out of Kerala location candidate. However after talking with AmTrust, I had a very positive feeling, and decided to go with them for my Canada NCLEX processing. Everything went very smooth, I need not check with them. Al the status was given promptly and transparently. When there was a delay with my college certificate, they followed it up on their own, and resolved it. I had a pleasant experience with my NCLEX processing for Illinois using the services of AmTrust RN Application Processing. They are prominently located at Kaduthuruthy Main Road at the Market Junction. Very easy to locate with ample vehicle parking space.

I contacted them initially through their website. They were very prompt to acknowledge and respond to for all my queries through the website chat service and then whatsapp. Once convinced that this is the agency I should go with, I enrolled by paying online, and transferred most of the documents electronically. I was replied with all the deficiencies in the documents sent within no time after review by Annie Madam. Once the processing was started, I was frequently updated with the status through messages, and calls. Also an account was created for me which I can use to log in, and see the processing status real time. I got my Credential Evaluation completed within 2 months only due to the constant follow ups from their side. CGFNS misplaced one document, however through constant follow ups, AmTrust could get them to find it and place it and provide me with the review report within 3 months.

While travelling near that area, I thought I could just meet, say hi and collect finger print cards to do the verification. It is better to call and inform in advance since Annie madam is shuttling between Cochin Office and Kaduthuruthy office on alternate days. Though there was another customer at that time, I need not wait, as they left after some clarifications. Annie Madam explained to me what all are needed further in the processing patiently. The instructions were precise, and I could follow them without any doubts.
Over all I recommend AmTrust for any NCLEX processing from my experience. They are very professional, and transparent in all their dealings. Already two of my friends have started using their services, and their feedback is as positive as mine
