USA Recruitment FAQ

AmTrust process for H1B visa
If you have all the required documents in proper shape, and clear the client hospital interview, it takes 120 days for the whole processing to be over. We do premium visa processing, and the consulate interview slots will be available within 15 to 20 days maximum.
H1B work visa is normally valid for 3 years. This can be further extended once the validity is over. The candidate is free to opt for a different or better employer once the contract is over.
You have to be an NCLEX-RN cleared RN with a valid license to any US state. Great to have VisaScreen certification. You are free to initiate even if you are only preparing for the NCLEX-RN. Our attorney will screen all the candidates who are already I140 approved, and suggest the best way to process forward.
We have tie ups with Not For Profit hospitals which are cap-exempt. So the lottery scheme is not applicable. If you have all the documents and eligibility requirements are satisfied properly, your visa processing will not face any issues

The candidate need not pay a single penny for recruitment through AmTrust. The recruitment process includes free premium H1B visa processing for the candidate, flight charges for the candidate, and one month accommodation for candidate and spouse once the candidate reaches US. All of these charges are borne by us. If the candidate would like to process for spouse visa, and spouse accompanies the candidate to US, the visa processing and flight charges for the spouse are to be borne by the candidate.

If in case during any phase of the recruitment process, any stake holder makes a demand for any payment, please inform AmTrust Recruitment Team immediately by phone +919778358990 or email [email protected]
The salary depends on the experience and qualification of the candidate. The candidate can negotiate the salary after the interview phase, taking into account the cost of living factor at the place the candidate is selected to. Once the initial offer is rolled out, the candidate can discuss the remuneration in detail. The candidate can avail all the statutory benefits applicable for a RN depending on the state and the hospital she/he is selected to. Just as a reference, 35$/hour is the minimum salary we have rolled out yet.
As of now we have opportunities in cap-exempt hospitals in New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Discussions are ongoing with Texas, Florida, California, and Illinois hospitals at present. We hope to open recruitments in many more states in view of the acute shortage felt through out USA for RNs.
