- if refund is asked within 2 days of payment credit, and the processing is still in queue, then the service charge amount is fully refunded
- if refund is asked after 2 days and before credential evaluation stage, then Rs.15,000 is refunded.
- if refund is asked after the credential evaluation stage starts, then there is no refund of service charge
Note: For any personal reasons if you want to put the process and hold, it can be done without refunding and you can continue/restart the process when you are ready. The processing charges hold good in this case without any change.
But after refunding, if you wish to restart the process, then you have to pay the full service charge again, which is prevailing at that time.
